I don't think he deserves mercy but I still can't see how killing someone solves anything. Wouldn't keeping him in one of his own Iraqi prisons be the same or better. In ineffective withered old man with no influence. Wouldn't that be a mightier fall? Now I would think his followers call him a martyr. His influence is even greater now, isn't it?
