An open letter to Sen Obama

Dear Sir,
I am a Canadian so I can't vote for you and I am sorry for that.
I am also sorry you have had to put up with the barrage of negativity from your opponents and their supporters.
I am sorry that in an effort to win the right to serve the country you love you have had to see the worst of it's people.
Where in republican rallies audience members have shouted things like "Terrorist" and "Kill him" without being challenged by the party leaders.
I am sorry you have been subjected to Republican voters who I pray do not represent the majority...voters like this pathetic waste of skin:





I am sorry for the ignorant comments reguarding your middle name. In simpletons thinking that a name that simple means "good looking" meaning of baby name link is somehow evil because a hateful man also happened to have that name too.

I am sorry you have to put up with being called questionable by association with a man who committed a crime..when you were only 8 years old.

I am sorry that emails have gone out about your reputation and history without the corrections added like they are here;

(meaning that, like George Bush, McCain was at the bottom of his class)
note: with his abysmally low marks, and his crashes during flight training, he never should have been posted as a pilot on an aircraft carrier (which if you remember from "Top Gun", are supposed to be the cocky cream-of-the-crop for Navy pilots; it is a much-sought-after job-posting); he probably should have been forced to transfer to something other than flying altogether - if it hadn't been for the fact that his Dad was the Admiral McCain!! Then, after 2 months (and about a total of 22 hours) of combat "experience" he was shot down and spent the rest of his time as a POW. After being released, he was later given command of a safe training squadron in the U.S., until he quit the Navy to go into politics. WHERE exactly did he learn "how to win wars"???

Palin:
Hawaii Pacific University - 1 semester
North Idaho College - 2 semesters - general study
University of Idaho - 2 semesters - journalism
Matanuska-Susitna College - 1 semester
University of Idaho - 3 semesters - B.A. in journalism
note: this was 5 diff. schools, spread over 6 years, to finally finish a 3-yr. BA!!


I am also sorry that even with getting things cleared up in the quagmire of hatred, doubt and cynicism created by the opposition you will still have to answer to all of this and it seems almost no one really wants to talk about the things that really are important.
