Well...seems our conservative government is rolling over and asking for it from this American administration instead of refusing to take shit like the Liberals did. The Americans will only have to payback 78 per cent of the $5 billion it collected in anti-dumping and countervailing duties beginning in 2002. I don't get this. Why was there negotiations at all? This was a signed NAFTA contract!! It was a done deal. No talking further ...no nothing! They RENEGGED!!! We are letting them get away with it.
