Sad but not unexpected personal news

My grandmother passed away today at 3:00pm.


My mother was with her and my eldest sister was there soon after so she wasn't alone.


May God rest her soul.

My condolences to you and your family. To not be alone when you leave this earth is a gift...and it is wonderful that family was there with her.

Thankyou, I thought so too. We can console ourselves as well with the knowledge that her last days were spent in a beautiful Residence where she couldn't stop bragging about how well she was being cared for. She was happy and restful

That is the nicest story I've heard about someone feeling loved and cared for at the end of life. What a gift *she* gave to all of you.
