It is appropriate to spread the blame for the evcuation failure etc..across city,state and federal politicians. It doesn't change the failing of F.E.M.A. (doesn't the 'F' stand for federal?)in the RELIEF effort. You don't have to be a Bush hater to know that leaving people to die on thier rooftops is inexcusable! The city doesn't own military helicopters! I for one will not be lulled into believing that Bush is blameless.

He spent three of those five days still on vacation people!
